Cancellation and No show polices
Low season
* If cancelled within 48 hours ahead from your check-in date, your pay will be fully converted in credit that could be used until 60 days from the cancellation date.
* If cancelled within less than 48 hours from your check-in date, you will not be refunded.
High- season (January and July and public holidays)
Your cancellation will only be refundable within seven days (1 week) from your check-in date. Your pay will be fully converted in credit that could be used until 60 days from the cancellation date.
No Show
If it was not cancelled, you will not be refunded.

For children, we charge the rate of 30% of the daily
Bookings will only be confirmed after your pay has been successfully made and a notification sent within 24 hours ahead of the date. In case you want to extend your staying, please follow our booking procedure to guarantee your bungalow, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.
Please note: we will not be responsible for belongings forgotten in the bungalows or in the common area of the Inn.
